Let’s see the DEVELOPERS kick in $100,000 dollars (mere pocket change to them) in exchange for a modest 18% increase in state sales tax earmarked for transportation. Oh, hey, this modest 18% increase in sales tax is expected to generate over $40 BILLION dollars in revenue directly affecting the bottom line of these most generous DEVELOPERS.
This is an even better deal for DEVELOPERS than the $100 MILLION dollar gifting granted to those special “high end” Developers by Phoenix Mayor “Flash” Gordon and his “Mindless” City Council Rangers.


You just might ask what does it take to become one of the chosen, the blessed participants worthy of taxpayer largess…?
