BISEE AND THE WIND

A perspective for your consideration . . . ?Making the time to read the entire article I conclude the “debate” around wind turbines in Bisbee to be largely the result of lack of full disclosure and complete transparency in the information provided.

I am not an authority on wind turbine generators, though I have often wondered why these devices can not be painted in such a manner so as to blend into the environment in which they are placed…? Though not the total answer, perhaps devices which do not overwhelm an area’s background might be found to be more readily appealing.

Give the citizens of Bisbee all the information they need to enable them to make a fully informed decision. To do otherwise suggests there is much to be hidden.

Looking for a solution…? It strikes me as I have noted previously, that Arizona should be a leader not only in solar but in wind and other forms of generation of “alternative” energy. But for this to be accomplished “we” – that’s you and me – must be provide with full disclosure and complete transparency on every such project.
