why the decision to test for drugs in our water now

What happened between 12 March and 14 March to cause Phoenix and Scottsdale – to choose to begin testing for drugs in OUR water … ?

Did these 2 cities suddenly find extra money lying around to enable them to choose to being testing for drugs in OUR water – NO.

What happen was these politicians and bureaucrats read the “tea-leaves” and your emails and phone messages and letters to the newspaper and internet blogs and saw a “tar & feathering” in their future.

Now the question becomes, when do “we” – that’s you and me – get to know precisely what drugs and in what quantity are they testing for…? And equally important who is doing the testing, the city or private industry…?

Call me a Doubting Thomas, but the level of accountability and disclosure about OUR water from either of these two municipalities leaves much to be desired.

“We” need to hold their feet to the fire and have full open disclosure no exceptions.
