DEBUNK THIS
The referenced article appears in the Saturday – 12/22/07 - issue of the Arizona Republic. – Article entitled…. NEW HEALTH REPORT DEBUNKS 7 COMMON MEDICAL MYTHS …
Having read this article now several times I find myself forcibly struck with the questions what point is the AMA attempting to make and why…?
The points raised in this article are diametrically contrary to the position fostered by Dr. F. Batmanghelidj, the author of … Your Body’s Many Cries for Water … whose research stands absolutely contradictory to the views espoused in this article, especially those relating to consumption of water. There is not even passing acknowledgment in this article the view expressed by the researchers interviewed for this article are not universally supported and are made without any support documentation, save references to alleged interviews.
As a result of this article it is now easier for me to understand how our American news media lost its once vaunted idealism and search for truth. The print media appears to believe it is perfectly acceptable for them to report without any substantiation utterances these researchers reputedly attribute as debunking contrary scientific evidence offered by others.
American news media is not search for truth we’re on a search for provocative 30 second sound bites. American new media is not attempting to deliver honest viable useful information we’re on a search for jingoistic themes which continue to promote and support the financial bottom line of media’s corporate owners.
These are the same people who want you to believe that the drinking water they provide to you is safe with the residual from chemicals fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics we routinely pour down our drains to ultimately become part of the underground water aquifer - the source of your potable water.
Debunk that … !
