You remember them, don’t you, you wanted to sneak them in on the Counties to balance your budget, remember...?

Transfer the responsibility for state prisoners to the Counties, but no money…?

Shoe’s on the other foot now…? I imagine it’s not a comfortable fit either…?

When does this “game” stop and everyone get real and come to the table openly, honestly seeking solutions for the benefit of the many as opposed to gift$ for the few…?

When you’re ready to listen to your constituents, Governor, you and the 90 dwarfs in the Legislature will be pleasantly surprised.
